As your Baguio City Guide: The Panagbenga park is located at the corner of Loakan Road and South Drive. For a better sense of direction, the Panagbenga park is situated across the road from Nevada Square. It is about two to five minutes ride via Taxi or Private vehicle from SM, if you are to take the jeepney then look for those bound for Scout Barrio and PMA as these jeepneys traverse this area.
Panagbenga park is a relatively small park with lush greens, flowering plants and playful butterflies. Being relatively small the park does not offer much as compared to Baguio City’s Burnham Park, there are no attractions except for flowers, butterflies and trees. This place is ideal for shutterbugs as there are a lot of plants that could be a good subject for macro photography. During summer the Panagbenga park could be a good place to rest and maybe reflect which of course one could not do during school season as the park is proximate to SPED.
Although a small park with only some attractions, the park is still worthy of a visit.
