103rd Baguio City Charter Day Schedule of Activities

Its almost September and apart from anticipating the “ber” months which marks the Christmas Season, this month also marks the celebration of Baguio City’s Charter Day. In 1909 Baguio City was declared as a charter city during the American Regime, and up today we celebrate this momentous event. The Celebration of Baguio Day will be on September 1, 2012, it is a Saturday and a Holiday, thus Monday is going to be a regular working day. The Good News is that there are numerous activities lined up for the month of September to celebrate Baguio City’s Charter Day. For its 103rd Celebration the theme is  “Sustaining a Sense of History, Community and Continuity”
