As I’ve previously mentioned in my post that i will be attending a Chill Out Panagbenga Garden Party at Azalea Residences Baguio. It was quite an experience not only for me but also for my wife and daughter. We were treated not only with exquisite food but also with a cool and relaxing atmosphere. The event was held at the Azalea Residences Garden / Playground (although for this purpose the slides and swings were dismantled to give way to a dining tables).
There are seven stations from appetizers to dessert, I specially loved the carving station, it was my first time to eat roasted rare beef. Skewered meat were at the grilling station and if you want to start your meal with some crackers and cheese they also have that. The stuffed potatoes were so delicious i do not mind going back for seconds. To wash it all down I got some Bangkok iced tea, i described the taste as a cross between a lemon grass tea and “gulaman”.
Apart from the scrumptious food diners were treated to a relaxing live acoustic music with the cool Baguio weather as a bonus. The real icing on that cake of an experience was that diners get to share the experience with the winners of the Ms. Philippines-Earth 2013, they even sang a couple of songs to entertain the diners.
Overall it was really a relaxing yet fun dining experience not only for me but also for my wife and daughter. We enjoyed it so much that we wish this kind of event would be held on a regular basis at Azalea Residences Baguio.
