The US Fine Foods Show in Baguio City

After a brief talk with the US Agriculture Attache Bill Verzani, i learned that the US Fine Food show is being held annually in the Philippines and it was first held in Cebu in 2011. According to Bill they have to move the event around the Philippines hence this year it was held in Baguio City. Which means that you only have up until tomorrow (May 23, 2014) to witness the US Fine Food Show in Baguio City so grab the chance to meet new people and learn something new from experts.

What Is The US Fine Foods Show?

Basically it is a showcase of different high quality US food products which are mostly used by Hotels and Restaurants. There are several exhibitors showcasing their products, mostly the importers and distributors of the product. During the day the audience will also be treated to different cooking demos from the Chef Instructors of the Center For Culinary Arts in Manila. Today (May 22, 2014) Chef Lionel Go introduced to the audience the many ways on how to cook proteins such as beef, pork and lamb where the highlighted meats are from the US. After every dish demo the audiences were given the chance to try out the dish and personally what i noticed is that the meat are really soft and it kinda melts in your mouth, it’s my first time to eat beef without having to go through the trouble of chewing it forever.
